Patients may securely submit payment by credit card using our practice's secure online bill payment form. Our goal is to provide patients with a modern and convenient avenue to pay outstanding balances in a timely fashion.  Please be sure to enter your statement number, and correct billing address associated with your credit card.

REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you have submitted a credit card payment through our web site and require a refund, please contact our practice.  Our practice will typically refund the credit card directly.  In the event that the payment is older than 60 days or that the credit card is no longer available, you must contact our practice to receive a credit or refund check.
