All of us at North Pointe OB/GYN are happy to announce that we have added another fantastic physician to our family. Dr. Nancy Walsh is North Pointe's newest physician and began seeing patients in August, 2011. Please join us in welcoming her to North Point OB/GYN.
Dr. Nancy Walsh graduated from the Mercer University School of Medicine right here in Georgia and was the Chief Resident during her residency at the prestigious Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Walsh also holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Emory University and is fluent in Spanish, Ukrainian and Polish.
As always we want to thank you for being a part of our family. We are excited about the opportunity to provide you and your loved ones with the same exceptional care that you have come to know and expect.

Our new EMR (electronic medical records) system is alive and well. We will continue to add enhancements to this new system over the next few months. Look for our new secure Patient Portal in late January 2012. This will allow our patients to input health history directly into their record, obtain test results, request appointments and prescription renewals, and securely email us. We also would like to thank you for your patience while implementing the new system and making your experience with our practice more satisfying and efficient.
We are happy to announce that we have enhanced our ultrasound room so that you can now view the images on a 32" monitor mounted on the wall in the ultrasound room as the test is being performed. Let us know how you like it. Our images are transferring directly into our new EMR system so that your provider is able to view your ultrasound images immediately.
