Insurance Plans
Payment is expected at the time that services are rendered. We participate in many managed care plans (a list is provided below), and ask that you bring your ID card with you on each visit in order to expedite billing.
For obstetrics, hospitalizations, and surgeries, we are happy to file insurance claims for you. We do ask that deductibles, co-insurance (your portion) be paid, and payment for lab services be made at the time of your visit.
